Our weekend wedding package provides unrivalled value for money; exclusive use of the whole building and use of the grounds from 1pm on Friday until 4pm on Sunday costs just £700. During this time you will have access to set the hall up exactly as you want it, creating a memorable occasion which you have tailor made to suit your own requirements and budget.

The hall can accommodate up to 90 guests for a sit down formal reception increasing to a strict (Fire Regulation) maximum of 100 for an evening celebration. There is a generous sized stage with sound and lighting system, piano and large projector screen, available for your use.

Our professional catering kitchen, with range cooker, commercial dishwasher, boiling tap and plate warmer, is at your disposal. We can also provide you with a list of our highly recommended local caterers.
Our newly installed bar offers a great selection of fairly priced drinks, with lager and local real ale on tap, wines and Prosecco, fruity ciders and a generous selection of Gins and spirits.
Photographic opportunity at Briarfield Gardens- National Garden Scheme , in the centre of the village is available for your private use at an additional charge of £100. Link Here
Included in our wedding package is use of our large sports field with far reaching countryside views, perfect for a daytime marquee, garden games and with a barbecue patio. This is adjoined by a recently renovated children’s play area. We also have ample off road parking.

Gladstone Village Hall is a non-profit registered charity run by a team of volunteers.
All profits are reinvested back into the hall and associated community events and facilities.
